  • 1200 ml Coconut milk
  • 1.5 kg Unpeeled shrimp

Shell the shrimp and set aside. Peel 3-4 cloves of garlic.

Add curry (amount according to your taste) and chopped fresh cilantro to the bowl. Mix for 10 Sek./Linkslauf Stufe 2.

Cooking with coconut milk

30 min/194°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 90 Reverse

Add 3 cans of coconut milk (400 ml each) to the bowl. Salt, pepper and add more curry if necessary. Simmer for 30 Min./90°C/Linkslauf Stufe 1.
