Description

These Thermomix® chocolate nut clusters are a delicious snack or festive finger food. The main ingredients are various types of chocolate, nut nougat cream and cashew nuts. Preparation takes about 30 minutes and yields 20 servings. Ideal for those who love chocolate and nuts and are looking for a simple confectionery recipe, especially suitable for the winter season.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 250 g Cashews
  • 200 g Whole milk chocolate
  • 200 g Bittersweet chocolate
  • 200 g White chocolate
  • 2 EL Nut nougat cream
  • 0.25 TL Cinnamon
  • 200 g Flaked almonds
  • 100 g Spelt flakes

Preparation (12 steps)

Chop cashews

Place 250 g cashews in the mixing bowl and roughly chop for 5 sec/speed 5. Transfer and set aside.

Melt whole milk chocolate

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/122°F/Speed 2 50

Place 200 g whole milk chocolate in pieces in the mixing bowl and chop for 8 sec/speed 8. Then melt for 3 min/50°C/speed 2.

Melt bittersweet chocolate

3 min/122°F/Speed 2 50

Place 200 g bittersweet chocolate in pieces in the mixing bowl and chop for 8 sec/speed 8. Then melt for 3 min/50°C/speed 2.

Add nut nougat cream

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 3

Add 2 tbsp nut nougat cream to the melted bittersweet chocolate in the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/speed 3.

Melt white chocolate

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/122°F/Speed 2 50

Place 200 g white chocolate in pieces in the mixing bowl and chop for 8 sec/speed 8. Then melt for 3 min/50°C/speed 2.

Add cinnamon

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 2

Add 0.25 tsp cinnamon to the melted white chocolate in the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec/speed 2.

Mix almonds and chocolate

Mix 200 g flaked almonds with ¾ of the melted whole milk chocolate in a bowl.

Mix cashews and chocolate

Mix the chopped cashews with ¾ of the melted bittersweet chocolate in a bowl.

Mix spelt flakes and chocolate

Mix 100 g spelt flakes with ¾ of the melted white chocolate in a bowl.

Form clusters

Using a teaspoon, form the mixtures into small piles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Chill clusters

Place the baking sheet with the clusters in the refrigerator and let cool for 10 minutes.

Decorate clusters

Sprinkle the clusters with the other chocolate (whole milk on bittersweet, bittersweet on white, white on whole milk) and let harden for about 5 minutes.
