Description

I love preparing these curried breaded turkey cutlets! It's a simple and quick recipe, perfect for a weekday lunch or dinner. The curry brings an exotic and warm touch to the breading, which makes the turkey really tasty. Cooking on the griddle allows you to obtain a tender and juicy meat, with a crispy breading. For a lighter version, the cutlets can be cooked in the oven. Serve them with a green salad or grilled vegetables for a complete and balanced meal. A real treat for the whole family!

  • Egg
  • to taste Coconut salt
  • to taste Curry
  • to taste Breadcrumbs
  • Turkey cutlets

Preparation of curry breadcrumbs

In the Thermomix bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, curry and coconut salt. Mix 10 Sec./Stufe 5 to thoroughly homogenize the mixture. Transfer to a container.

Preparation of beaten eggs

In another container, beat the egg into an omelette using a fork. Set aside.

Breading the cutlets

Pass the turkey cutlets successively in the flour, then in the beaten egg, and finally in the curry breadcrumbs, making sure to coat them well on each side.

Cooking the cutlets

Heat a griddle or large frying pan over medium heat. Add a little fat (oil or butter). Cook the breaded cutlets for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
