Description

This hearty potato pan with minced meat is a savory main course that is easily prepared with the Thermomix®.   • 750 g Potatoes
  • 300 g Minced meat
  • 2 Stück Onions
  • 1 Stück red Bell pepper
  • 1 Stück green Bell pepper
  • 1 Stange Celery
  • 20 g Oil
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 0.5 TL Pepper
  • 1 TL Paprika powder
  • 0.5 TL Caraway
  • 0.5 TL Marjoram
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 EL Tomato paste

Chop onions

Add 2 onions to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5.

Add 20 g oil to the chopped onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Chop bell pepper and celery

Thermomix® Setting
5 sec/Speed 4

Add 1 red bell pepper, 1 green bell pepper and 1 stalk of celery in coarse pieces to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 4.

Sauté vegetables

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/248°F/Speed 1 248°F

Add the chopped vegetables to the onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for another 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Add potatoes

Add 750 g potatoes, peeled and diced, to the mixing bowl.

Season and simmer

Thermomix® Setting
20 min/212°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 212°F Reverse

Add 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp paprika powder, 1/2 tsp caraway, 1/2 tsp marjoram, 100 ml vegetable broth and 1 tbsp tomato paste to the potatoes in the mixing bowl and simmer for 20 min./100°C/Reverse rotation speed 1.

Fry minced meat

Fry 300 g minced meat in a separate pan until crumbly and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.

Add minced meat and sour cream

5 min/194°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 194°F Reverse

Add the fried minced meat and 100 g sour cream to the mixing bowl and stir in for 5 min./90°C/Reverse rotation speed 1.

Serve the potato pan with minced meat. Garnish with fresh parsley as desired.
