Description

This light cheese flan is a delicious and easy dessert to prepare with the Thermomix®. I have been making it for years and it is always a success at home. The combination of light cream cheese with evaporated and condensed milk, together with the touch of vanilla, creates a smooth texture and an irresistible flavor. It is perfect for those looking for a healthier dessert without sacrificing flavor. Ideal for birthdays or any special occasion. Furthermore, it is naturally gluten-free and, with lactose-free alternatives, also suitable for intolerant people.

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

  • 4 piece Egg
  • 200 gramos Light cream cheese
  • 1.5 tazas Light evaporated milk
  • 1 cup Light condensed milk
  • 1 cucharada sopera Vanilla

Mix the ingredients

Place the eggs, light cream cheese, light evaporated milk, light condensed milk, and vanilla in the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 30 seconds at speed 4.

Prepare the mold

Pour the mixture into an oven-safe mold. Cover the mold with aluminum foil, making sure it is well sealed.

Bake the flan

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the mold with the mixture in the oven and bake for 90 minutes. To check if it is ready, insert a toothpick or knife into the center; if it comes out clean, the flan is cooked.

Cool and serve

Remove the flan from the oven and let it cool completely. Unmold and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
