Description
This recipe for delicious peanut butter cookies is easy to prepare and perfect for the Thermomix®. With just a few ingredients like peanut butter and eggs, the cookies are quick to bake and ideal as a sweet snack or dessert. The preparation time is about 25 minutes. This recipe is perfect for peanut butter lovers.

250 g Peanut butter

2 piece large Eggs
Preparation (7 steps)
Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
Whisk eggs until fluffy
In the meantime, add 2 large eggs to the mixing bowl and whisk with the butterfly attachment for 2 min./speed 3.5 until fluffy.
Prepare dough
Add 250 g peanut butter and mix well with the Patix dough knife for 2 min./kneading level until a firm dough is formed.
Let dough rest
Let the smooth dough rest for a few minutes.
Shape and bake cookies
Spread the dough in heaps on the baking sheet lined with baking paper. Not too close together, as the cookies will still rise. Bake on the middle rack for 10-12 minutes until the cookies are lightly browned.
Serve
Enjoy warm directly or let cool and become crispy and provide for later.
Optional: Garnish
Also possible: Garnish with even more peanut butter and fresh peanuts, classically dunk in milk or taste as an ice cream sandwich!
