Description

I have been making these chicken drumsticks for years and they are always a hit! The preparation is super easy and the result is a juicy, aromatic dish. The drumsticks are brushed with a simple marinade of paprika powder, salt, pepper and oil and baked in the oven. Perfect for a quick weekday dinner or a relaxed weekend. The preparation time is about 55 minutes, including the baking time. An absolute favorite recipe that I like to share!

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

4 piece Chicken drumsticks
2 tsp Paprika powder, sweet
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
3 tbsp Vegetable oil, neutral

Preparation (5 steps)

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 200 °C top / bottom heat and have a deep baking tray ready. This step is done without the Thermomix.

Prepare chicken drumsticks

Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with a kitchen towel and place on the prepared baking sheet. This step is done without the Thermomix.

Prepare marinade

10 sec/Speed 3

Put 3 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 tsp paprika powder, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper in the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./speed 3.

Marinate chicken drumsticks

Brush the chicken drumsticks with the marinade from all sides and place on the baking sheet. This step is done without the Thermomix.

Bake chicken drumsticks

Place the baking sheet with the chicken drumsticks in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 45 minutes. This step is done without the Thermomix.
