Diese kleinen, würzigen Hähnchen-Slider sind ein absolutes Highlight auf jeder Party! Das Geheimnis liegt in der Marinade und der selbstgemachten Gewürzmischung, die dem Hähnchen eine tolle Schärfe verleiht. Die karamellisierten Zwiebeln sorgen für eine süße Note, die perfekt mit der Schärfe harmoniert. Ich mache diese Slider immer wieder gerne, weil sie einfach zuzubereiten sind und bei meinen Gästen immer gut ankommen. Die Aioli gibt dem Ganzen noch den letzten Schliff. Ideal für einen entspannten Abend mit Freunden oder als leckerer Snack zwischendurch.

Ingredients (26 ingredients)

  • 2 cups white wine
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 piece skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, each cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 piece large onion, cut into thin rings
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh chives
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground chipotle chili powder
  • salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 slice cheese, cut into 4 strips
  • 16 piece small rolls, split and toasted

Preparation (7 steps)

Chicken Marinade Preparation

In a resealable bag, combine 2 cups white wine, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon lime juice, and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. Add 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, each cut into 4 pieces, to the bag. Seal the bag and marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for 8 to 24 hours.

Blackened Seasoning Mix

Thermomix® Setting

Add 1 tablespoon salt, 2 teaspoons onion powder, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon ground white pepper, 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon oregano to the mixing bowl. Mix 10 Sec./Stufe 3. Transfer the blackened seasoning to a shaker or an air-tight container.

Aioli Preparation

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 5

Add 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh chives, 1 clove garlic, 1 teaspoon lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon ground chipotle chili powder, salt, and ground black pepper to taste to the mixing bowl. Mix 10 Sec./Stufe 5. Transfer to an air-tight container and store in the refrigerator.

Caramelized Onions

Thermomix® Setting
30 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Finely chop 1 large onion, cut into thin rings, in the mixing bowl for 3 Sec./Stufe 5. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter and sauté for 30 Min./100°C/Stufe 1.

Chicken Seasoning

Remove chicken from marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Spray chicken pieces with cooking spray and sprinkle all sides with blackened seasoning.

Chicken Cooking

Heat 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet; cook chicken until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 5 minutes per side.

Slider Assembly

Assemble sliders by layering a piece of chicken, a strip of cheese, and a spoonful of caramelized onion onto the bottom of each bun. Place a dollop of aioli on the top portion of bun before placing atop onion layer, forming a sandwich.
