Description

Dieses Peach Crumble Dessert ist ein absoluter Genuss, besonders wenn die Pfirsiche gerade Saison haben! Die Kombination aus saftigen, warmen Pfirsichen und dem knusprigen Crumble ist einfach unwiderstehlich. Ich mache es gerne für ein entspanntes Sonntagsfrühstück oder als krönenden Abschluss eines sommerlichen Grillabends. Die Zubereitung ist unkompliziert und gelingt mit dem Thermomix® im Handumdrehen. Ein Hauch von Ahornsirup verleiht den Pfirsichen eine besondere Note. Wer mag, kann noch eine Kugel Vanilleeis dazu servieren – einfach köstlich!

Ingredients (13 ingredients)

  • 1.5 teaspoon butter
  • 4 piece fresh peaches - peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • 3 piece egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3.3333333333333 tablespoon sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation (10 steps)

Peach Preparation

Melt ½ teaspoon butter in a saucepan over medium heat (this step is done outside the Thermomix). Stir diced peaches, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt together in the melted butter; cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is syrupy, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a 10x6-inch baking dish. (This step is done outside the Thermomix).

Combine Flour and Salt

Thermomix® Setting
5 sec/Speed 4

Add 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons flour and ½ teaspoon salt to the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 5 Sec./Stufe 4 to combine.

Add Butter and Sour Cream

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 4

Add ½ cup unsalted butter (cut into cubes) to the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 20 Sec./Stufe 4. Add 2 tablespoons sour cream and mix for 10 Sec./Stufe 3 until a dough-like mixture forms. Use the spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl if needed.

Form the Crust

Pat the dough into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared baking dish. (This step is done outside the Thermomix).

Bake the Crust

Bake in preheated oven until browned and crust-like, about 10 minutes. (This step is done outside the Thermomix).

Prepare Peach Layer

Spread peach mixture over the crust into an even layer. (This step is done outside the Thermomix).

Prepare Egg Yolk Mixture

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 3

Add egg yolks, sugar, 3 ⅓ tablespoons sour cream, and 2 tablespoons flour to the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 20 Sec./Stufe 3 until well combined.

Pour Egg Mixture

Pour the egg yolk mixture evenly over the layer of peaches. Cover the dish with aluminum foil. (This step is done outside the Thermomix).

Bake the Dessert

Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes. Remove aluminum foil and continue baking until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 10 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving warm. (This step is done outside the Thermomix).
