Description

Delicious golden pancakes with a hint of orange liqueur, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

150 g Wheat flour Type 405
30 g Sugar
1 tsp Baking powder
2 piece Eggs (size M)
4 tbsp Sunflower oil
150 ml Milk (whole milk)
5 cl Orange liqueur

Preparation (4 steps)

Mix dry ingredients

Add 150 g wheat flour type 405, 30 g sugar and 1 tsp baking powder to the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec/speed 4.

Add and stir in liquid ingredients

20 sec/Speed 3

Add 2 eggs (size M), 3 tbsp sunflower oil and 150 ml whole milk and 5 cl orange liqueur to the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl and stir for 20 sec/speed 3 until a smooth dough forms. If necessary, use the spatula to scrape down from the edge and repeat the process.

Bake pancakes

Heat some of the remaining oil in a large coated pan over medium heat. Add the dough to the pan in portions (ladlefuls) and bake golden brown pancakes. Stack the finished pancakes on a plate and grease the pan lightly again before baking the next pancakes. Continue until the dough is used up.
