Description
This eggnog pudding is a creamy dessert made with pudding powder, sugar, milk and eggnog in the Thermomix®. The preparation time is 15 minutes, the cooling time about 2.5 hours, resulting in a total of 4 servings. Ideal as a festive dessert for Christmas or Easter. This recipe is perfect for anyone looking for a simple and delicious dessert.

1 Päckchen Pudding powder Vanilla

50 g Sugar

500 ml Milk

100 ml Eggnog
Preparation (4 steps)
Mix pudding powder, sugar and milk
Add pudding powder, sugar and 6 tbsp milk to the mixing bowl and stir for 20 sec/level 3.
Add remaining milk and cook
Add remaining milk (440 ml) to the mixing bowl and cook for 8 min./100°C/level 2. Leave the measuring cup on.
Stir in eggnog
Add eggnog to the mixing bowl and stir in for 10 sec./level 2 Left rotation.
Let pudding cool
Pour pudding into a bowl or portion glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
