Simple and quick porridge for breakfast.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 40 g Oat flakes delicate
  • 250 ml Water
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • Nuts
  • Linseed Flaxseed oil
  • Berries
  • 0.5 piece Banana

Cook oat flakes

Put 250 ml water, 40 g delicate oat flakes (or 20 g oat flakes and 20 g oat bran), 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of cinnamon into the mixing bowl and cook for 5 min./100°C/speed 1 until the consistency is slimy.

Prepare banana

Meanwhile, mash half a banana in a bowl with a fork.

Mix porridge and banana

Add the cooked oatmeal to the mashed banana in the bowl and add 1 tsp of linseed oil and stir.

Add topping

Sprinkle 1 tsp of chopped nuts or seeds (pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, Brazil nuts, chia seeds) over it and top with berries (fresh or frozen) and enjoy.
