  • 2 Stangen Leek
  • 200 g Cooked Ham
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 200 ml Whole Milk
  • 1 EL Butter
  • 1 EL Vegetable Oil
  • 2 TL Granulated Broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parmesan or Emmental Cheese

Cook Pasta

Place 350g of elbow macaroni into the simmering basket. Add 1000ml of water to the mixing bowl, insert the simmering basket and cook the pasta according to package directions. /100°C/Stufe 1/Cooking time according to package directions

Chop Leeks

Cut 2 leeks into approx. 1 cm thick pieces and place in the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 sec./Stufe 5.

Sauté Leeks

Add 1 tbsp of butter and 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Sauté for 3 min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Add Cream and Milk

Add 200 ml of cream and 200 ml of milk.

Cook Sauce

Add 2 tsp of granulated broth. Cook for 5 min./90°C/Stufe 2.

Sauté Ham and Stir In

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/194°F/Gentle stir speed 194°F

Cut 200 g of cooked ham into cubes and sauté in a separate pan. Add the sautéed ham to the mixing bowl and stir in for 2 min./90°C/Gentle Stir Setting.
