  • 1 Zehe Garlic
  • 400 g Potatoes
  • 100 g Goat cheese (soft cheese)
  • 2 EL Olive oil
  • 1 TL Thyme (dried)
  • 200 g Asparagus (green)
  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 1 Prise Pepper
  • 2 EL White wine vinegar
  • 1 TL Honey

Preparation (8 steps)

Prepare potatoes

Cut 400g of potatoes into wedges.

Chop garlic

Place 1 clove of garlic in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7.

Pre-cook potatoes in the mixing bowl

Add potato wedges, chopped garlic, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper and 1 tsp thyme to the mixing bowl and pre-cook for 5 min./Varoma/Reverse/speed 1.

Prepare asparagus and tomatoes

Remove the woody ends from the green asparagus and halve the spears. Mix 200g asparagus and 200g tomatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil.

Pre-cook asparagus and tomatoes in the mixing bowl

Add asparagus and tomatoes to the potatoes in the mixing bowl and pre-cook for another 5 min./Varoma/Reverse/speed 1.

Chop goat cheese

Cut 100g goat cheese into small pieces.

Prepare dressing

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 3

Add 2 tbsp white wine vinegar, 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tsp honey to the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./speed 3. Season with salt and pepper.

Finish salad

Remove potatoes, asparagus and tomatoes from the mixing bowl and mix with the dressing and goat cheese.
