Description

  • 1 Stück Garlic clove
  • 2 EL Olive oil
  • 3 Stück Carrots
  • 1 Stück Kohlrabi
  • 200 g Chicken or vegetable broth, ready-made
  • 100 g Broccoli florets
  • 3 Stück Spring onions
  • 1 Prise Nutmeg, ground
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 Stück Pork escalope
  • Vegetable oil
  • Chive rolls

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop onion and garlic

Peel and halve the onion and garlic and place in the mixing bowl. Chop for 5 seconds/speed 5.

Sauté onion and garlic

Push the pieces down with the spatula. Add 2 tbsp olive oil and sauté for 3 minutes/Varoma/speed 1.

Chop carrots and kohlrabi

Peel the carrots and kohlrabi. Cut the carrots into small strips and the kohlrabi into small cubes. Add both ingredients to the mixing bowl. Sauté for 8 minutes/100°C/Reverse/speed 1.

Cook vegetables

Deglaze with 200 g chicken or vegetable broth and add 100 g broccoli florets. Cook the ingredients for 15 minutes/100°C/Reverse/speed 1. Season with 1 pinch of nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Add spring onions

Meanwhile, clean the 3 spring onions and cut into rings. Add spring onions and cook for a further 5 minutes/100°C/Reverse/speed 1.

Fry escalope

Fry the 4 pork escalopes in a hot pan with vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides and season with salt and pepper.

Serve

Arrange the escalope together with the vegetable mixture and serve sprinkled with chives.
