Description

  • 4 Stück Beef Schnitzel
  • 100 g Onion
  • 8 Stück Cloves Garlic
  • 15 g Green Peppercorns (from the jar)
  • 180 g Pickled Gherkins
  • 30 g Naturally Cloudy Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Stück Soup cube without yeast, glutamate and gluten
  • 20 g Mustard
  • 10 g Cornstarch (optional)

Preparation

Season beef schnitzel. Peel one large onion (100 g) and 8 cloves of garlic. Place the onion on the mixing bowl lid with the Wundermix WunderSlicer V2 and the fine slice and cut into slices. Collect the cut material. Dice 3 large pieces of pickled gherkins (180 g). Have 1 tbsp mustard (20 g) ready.

Fry the meat

Fry the beef schnitzel in oil in a separate pan and set aside.

Sauté onion and garlic

Put the sliced onions and garlic in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Add more ingredients and simmer

Add 1 tbsp green peppercorns from the jar (15 g), 3 diced pickled gherkins (180 g), 1 splash of naturally cloudy apple cider vinegar (30 g), 1 soup cube without yeast, glutamate and gluten, 1 tbsp mustard (20 g) and 375 g boiling water to the mixing bowl. Simmer for 15 min./100°C/speed 1.

Thicken the sauce (optional)

If you want the sauce to be thicker, stir 1 heaped tsp of cornstarch (10 g) with ½ cup of cold water and add to the mixing bowl. Simmer for 5 min./100°C/speed 2.

Add and heat the meat

Add the fried beef schnitzel to the mixing bowl and heat for 5 min./90°C/Reverse/speed 1. Finish with fresh herbs (mustard, herbal salt, rosemary, bay leaf, lemon zest, thyme, parsley).
