Description

This simple recipe for spelt spaghetti with vegetables is ideal for student cuisine. It is quick to prepare and offers a healthy meal with tomatoes, zucchini and spinach. The preparation time is about 25 minutes and is enough for 2 servings. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients (13 ingredients)

  • 200 g Spelt spaghetti
  • 250 g Piccola tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Stück small zucchini, finely chopped
  • 1 Handvoll Leaf spinach
  • 1 Stück small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1.5 Stück Garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 0.5 Stück Chili (optional), finely chopped
  • 1 Packung Cream cheese
  • 2 TL Herb sea salt
  • 550 ml Water
  • Mozzarella
  • Basil
  • Olive oil

Preparation (4 steps)

Chop onion

Place 1 small onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5.

Add vegetables and cook

Add 250 g Piccola tomatoes, halved, 1 small zucchini, finely chopped, 1 handful of leaf spinach, 1-2 garlic cloves, finely chopped, ½ chili (optional), finely chopped, 1 pack of cream cheese, 2 tsp herb sea salt and approx. 500-600ml water to the mixing bowl and cook for 10-12 min./100°C/speed 1.

Add spaghetti and cook

Add 200 g spelt spaghetti to the mixing bowl, making sure that the spaghetti is covered with liquid by at least 1 cm. If necessary, add some water. Cook for 10-12 min./100°C/speed 1.

Serve

Serve the spelt spaghetti with mozzarella, basil and olive oil.
