Description
This simple spinach dish with garlic is a quick and inexpensive meal, ideal for students or as a side dish. With just a few ingredients such as spinach, garlic, flour and milk, it is ready in no time. The dish is vegetarian and can be easily adapted to individual tastes. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

1 Zehe Garlic

Milk

Salt
Preparation (4 steps)
Sauté flour
Add 1 tablespoon of flour to the mixing bowl and sauté with some oil for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.
Add garlic
Add 1 clove of finely chopped garlic to the mixing bowl and sauté for 1 min./120°C/speed 1.
Add spinach
Add 1 package of frozen spinach to the mixing bowl and cook for 5 min./100°C/reverse speed 1.
Refine with milk and season
Once the spinach has thawed, add some milk and stir with salt for 1 min./90°C/reverse speed 1.
