Ingredients (14 ingredients)

  • 1 piece onion
  • 3 piece medium carrots
  • 2 piece medium sticks celery
  • 500 g approx chicken thigh
  • 2 clove fat garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp sweet smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 cube chicken stock cube
  • 1 piece red or orange pepper
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 20 g butter
  • 400 g tomatoes
  • 400 ml water

Prepare the vegetables

Peel and quarter the onion. Peel and roughly chop the carrots and celery. Add the onion to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 Sec./Stufe 5. Add the carrots and celery to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 Sec./Stufe 4.

Sauté the vegetables

Add 20g butter to the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Add chicken and spices

Add the chicken thighs, peeled garlic cloves, sweet smoked paprika, ground cumin, and dried thyme to the mixing bowl. Cook for 5 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Add liquids and pepper

50 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Pour in the tomatoes, plus one can of water (400ml) or enough to cover the chicken and vegetables. Add the chicken stock cube and chopped red or orange pepper. Cook for 50 Min./100°C/Stufe 1.
