Description
This fajitas spice mix is a real treasure in the kitchen! I often prepare it to flavor chicken, but it is also delicious with grilled vegetables or tofu. The combination of paprika, chilli pepper, cumin and other aromatic herbs creates a rich and enveloping flavor, perfect for a homemade Mexican dinner. Preparation is very simple and quick, ideal when you have little time but don't want to give up taste. It keeps for a long time in an airtight jar, ready to use to give a special touch to your dishes. An explosion of flavors that will conquer everyone!

Chilli powder

Cumin seeds

Dried oregano

Dried rosemary

Dehydrated onion flakes

Black peppercorns

Dried tarragon

Garlic powder

Salt
Preparation (3 steps)
Grinding the whole spices
Pour cumin seeds, dried oregano, dried rosemary, dehydrated onion flakes, black peppercorns, dried tarragon and salt into the mixing bowl and grind for 20 sec./speed 10.
Sieving and regrinding
Sieve the ground mixture. Pour the larger pieces remaining in the sieve back into the mixing bowl and grind for 10 sec./speed 10.
Adding the powdered spices
Add paprika, chilli powder and garlic powder to the ground mixture and mix for 10 sec./speed 3.
