15 g Gingerbread spice
1 EL Cocoa

Prepare honey-sugar-butter mixture

Put 250 g honey, 100 g sugar and 125 g butter into the mixing bowl and heat for 5 min./50°C/speed 2 until everything has melted. Then transfer to a bowl and let cool completely.

Mix dry ingredients

Put 500 g wheat flour Type 405, 5 g baking powder, 15 g gingerbread spice and 1 tbsp cocoa into the mixing bowl and mix for 15 sec./speed 4. Then transfer.

Prepare dough

Put the cooled honey-sugar-butter mixture, 1 egg (size M) and the flour mixture into the mixing bowl and process into a smooth dough for 2 min./kneading setting.
