  • 12 cl Cooked juice Apinard, garlic and mint flavor
  • 1.2 kg Bord Dia beef fillet

Preparation of flavored juice

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/176°F/Speed 1 80

Pour 12 cl of cooked juice into the Thermomix bowl. Heat for 3 Min./80°C/Stufe 1.

Cooking the beef fillet

Slice the beef fillet into 1 cm thick slices. Heat a frying pan and sear the beef fillets according to the desired cooking. This step is done outside of the Thermomix.

Coating and seasoning

Place the beef fillets in a dish. Coat with the hot cooked juice prepared in the Thermomix. Season with flower of salt.
