Description

This dish of white fish fillets in orange sauce is a recipe that I often prepare at home. The combination of the mild fish with the citrus sauce and boiled potatoes is simply delicious. It is a light but comforting dish, perfect for a weekday meal or even for a special occasion. The orange sauce gives the fish a fresh and vibrant touch, and the boiled potatoes complement the dish very well. Furthermore, it is a very easy recipe to prepare with the Thermomix®, which makes it an ideal option for those looking for a quick and healthy meal. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do!
