Description

This breaded chicken cutlet recipe is a family favorite! I've been making it for years, and it's always a hit. The chicken breasts are coated in a simple mayonnaise and bread crumb mixture, then baked to golden perfection. It's a quick and easy weeknight meal that's sure to please even the pickiest eaters. Serve it with a side of roasted vegetables or a simple salad for a complete and satisfying dinner. The bread crumbs give the chicken a lovely crispy texture, while the mayonnaise keeps it moist and flavorful. It's also great for meal prepping!

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

  • 4 piece skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Preparation (4 steps)

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a shallow baking dish. No Thermomix settings are needed for this step.

Prepare bread crumbs

Place the Italian seasoned bread crumbs into the Thermomix bowl and process for 5 Sec./Stufe 8 to ensure they are finely ground. This step is optional but helps with even coating.

Season and coat chicken

Season the chicken breast halves with salt and pepper to taste. Coat the chicken on all sides with mayonnaise, and then roll in the prepared bread crumbs until fully coated. Place the coated chicken breasts into the prepared baking dish. No Thermomix settings are needed for this step.

Bake chicken

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the chicken is no longer pink in the middle and the juices run clear. No Thermomix settings are needed for this step.
