Description

Prepare steaks

Remove the beef steaks from the refrigerator 1 hour before preparation, wash and pat dry well. Perform this step without Thermomix.

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven with a fireproof dish (casserole dish) on the middle rack to 85 °C top/bottom heat. Perform this step without Thermomix.

Warm plates

Either warm the plates together with the fireproof dish (casserole dish) in the oven or warm them in the microwave. Perform this step without Thermomix.
