Description

Stuffed turkey rolls in cream sauce are a protein-rich main course that is easily prepared with the Thermomix®. The main ingredients are turkey cutlets, eggs, crème fraîche, mustard and fresh chives. In just 35 minutes, 5 servings of a hearty and festive dish are created. Ideal for a family meal or as a filling meal after a workout.

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 4 Stk Turkey cutlets
  • 2 Stk Eggs
  • 50 g Crème Fraîche
  • 0.5 TL Mustard
  • 2 EL Chives, fresh
  • 250 g Cream
  • 1 TL Granulated broth
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Black pepper
  • 2 EL Neutral vegetable oil

Preparation (9 steps)

Prepare eggs

Boil the 2 eggs hard, quench, peel and cut into small pieces. Set aside.

Chop chives

Put 2 tbsp of fresh chives into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Transfer and set aside 1 tbsp for the filling and 1 tbsp for the sauce separately.

Prepare filling

10 sec/Speed 3

Put the chopped eggs, 50 g crème fraîche, 1/2 tsp mustard, 1 tbsp chopped chives, salt and pepper into the mixing bowl and stir for 10 sec./speed 3. Season to taste and add more seasoning if necessary. Transfer and set aside.

Prepare turkey roulades

Spread the turkey cutlets on a work surface and gently flatten with a meat tenderizer or flattening iron. Then season with salt and pepper on one side.

Fill and roll turkey roulades

Spread the prepared egg-crème fraîche filling on the seasoned turkey cutlets. Roll up the cutlets and secure with kitchen twine or roulade needles.

Sear turkey roulades

Heat 2 tbsp neutral vegetable oil in a pan and sear the turkey roulades in it for approx. 5 minutes on all sides.

Prepare cream sauce

Deglaze the fried turkey roulades with 250 g cream. Add 1 tsp granulated broth and season with salt and pepper.

Simmer turkey roulades

Simmer the turkey roulades in the cream sauce with the lid closed for approx. 15 minutes on medium heat until cooked through.

Refine sauce

After the cooking time, season the sauce again with salt and pepper. Stir in the remaining chopped chives (1 tbsp) and serve.
