Description
This vanilla pudding is a classic dessert that can be prepared easily and quickly in the Thermomix®. With just a few ingredients such as pudding powder, sugar and milk, a creamy pudding is created that can be enjoyed both warm and cold. The recipe is designed for 4 servings and is ideal as a sweet dessert for the whole family. The preparation time is only a few minutes, while the pudding solidifies in the refrigerator.

35 g Pudding powder

2 EL Sugar

500 ml Milk
Preparation (5 steps)
Mix powder and sugar
Add 35 g pudding powder and 2 tbsp sugar to the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec/speed 3.
Stir smooth with milk
Add 6 tbsp cold milk to the powder-sugar mixture in the mixing bowl and stir for 20 sec/speed 4 until a smooth mixture is formed.
Boil milk
Add the remaining milk (440 ml) to the mixing bowl and cook for 5 min/90°C/speed 2.
Finish cooking pudding
Add the mixed powder mixture to the mixing bowl and stir in for 1 min/90°C/speed 3.
Let the pudding cool
Pour the pudding into a bowl or cold rinsed mold. Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to unmold.
