Description

This breakfast pan pizza is a quick and easy dish for the perfect start to the day. Topped with fresh tomatoes, salami and mozzarella, it is ready in just 15 minutes. Ideal for one person and perfect for a hearty breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 3 Stück Egg
  • 2 EL Cream
  • 4 Stück Cherry tomato
  • 30 g Salami (Italian, in one piece)
  • 30 g Mozzarella
  • 1 EL Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano

Preparing the ingredients

Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes. Peel the salami. Place the WunderSlicer V2 on the mixing bowl lid and select the fine slicing disc. Slice the tomatoes and salami into fine slices using the WunderSlicer V2 and collect the sliced ingredients. Tear the mozzarella into pieces or slice it as well.

Whisk eggs and cream

Whisk together the eggs and cream in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.

Prepare pan

Heat the butter in a non-stick pan.

Let egg-cream mixture set

Pour the egg-cream mixture into the pan and let it set briefly.

Top the pizza

Top the setting egg-cream mixture like a pizza with the tomatoes, salami, and mozzarella. Sprinkle with some oregano if desired.

Cook the pizza

Place the lid on the pan and cook covered over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes, until the egg mixture is set, the cheese has melted nicely, and the edges are lightly browned.

Serve

Slide onto a plate, cut into pizza slices and serve. Also great for lunch or dinner, and a salad would be a good side dish.
