Description
This orange-date drink is a wonderfully fruity and satisfying start to the day! The sweetness of the dates harmonizes perfectly with the fresh acidity of the orange. I especially like to make it in winter when I need an extra portion of vitamins. The drink is super quick to prepare and can be refined with a little sugar as desired. If you like it creamier, you can add a splash of milk. A great drink for young and old that is guaranteed to put you in a good mood!
Ingredients (4 ingredients)

2 piece Orange(s) juice and zest thereof

5 piece Date(s) dried, chopped small

250 g Plain yogurt

Sugar
Preparation (3 steps)
Add ingredients to the mixing bowl
Add 2 oranges (juice and zest), 5 chopped, dried dates and 250 g plain yogurt to the mixing bowl.
Prepare smoothie
Mix all ingredients well in the mixing bowl for 30 sec./level 8 until a creamy smoothie is formed.
Taste and serve
Taste the smoothie and sweeten with a little sugar if necessary. Then fill into a glass and enjoy immediately.
