Description
This creamy creamed spinach from the Thermomix® is a quick and easy vegetarian main course or a hearty side dish. With just a few ingredients like onions, garlic, leaf spinach and cream, a delicious meal for 4 servings can be created in just 20 minutes. Ideal for quick cooking or as a tasty addition to meat dishes. The creamed spinach is particularly suitable for lovers of classic home cooking.
Ingredients (8 ingredients)

1 piece Onion

1 clove Garlic
-
20 g Butter
-
800 g Leaf spinach (frozen)
-
200 ml Cream
-
0.5 tsp Salt
-
0.25 tsp Pepper
-
0.125 tsp Nutmeg, grated
Preparation (4 steps)
Chop onion and garlic
Place onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Add garlic and chop for 3 sec./speed 7.
Sauté onion and garlic
Add butter to the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.
Add spinach
Add spinach to the mixing bowl and cook for 3 min./100°C/speed 1.
Add cream and spices
Add cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg to the mixing bowl and stir in for 3 min./90°C/speed 1.
