Description

This wholemeal pizza is a delicious and healthier option to enjoy with family or friends. The dough, made with wholemeal flour, gives it a rustic and nutritious touch. I prepare it often because it is very versatile, you can use the ingredients that you like the most! In this version, I combine homemade Neapolitan sauce with black olives, chicken, mushrooms and pepperoni, all covered with abundant mozzarella. The dough needs a rising time, but the end result is worth it. Perfect for an informal dinner or a special meal. Go ahead and try it and experiment with your own toppings!

Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 300 gramos Wholemeal flour
  • 150 mililitros Warm water
  • 15 gramos Powdered yeast
  • 1 cucharadita Salt
  • 30 mililitros Olive oil
  • 150 mililitros Neapolitan sauce
  • 50 gramos Black olives
  • 100 gramos Chicken
  • 150 gramos Mushrooms
  • 250 gramos Mozzarella cheese
  • 50 gramos Pepperoni

Preparation (8 steps)

Prepare the yeast

In a bowl, add 150 ml of warm water and 15 g of powdered yeast. Mix well and let it rest for 10 minutes until activated.

Mix the flour and salt

In the Thermomix bowl, add 300 g of wholemeal flour and 1 tsp of salt. Mix for 5 Sec./Speed 4.

Add the yeast and oil

Thermomix® Setting

Add the activated yeast mixture and 30 ml of olive oil to the Thermomix bowl. Knead for 2 Min./Kneading speed.

Let the dough rise

Remove the dough from the Thermomix, form a ball and place it in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for at least 3 hours.

Preheat the oven and roll out the dough

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Deflate the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin to the desired size.

Pre-bake the pizza base

Place the rolled out dough on a pizza tray. Spread 150 ml of Neapolitan sauce over the dough and prick it with a fork. Bake for 5 minutes at 180°C.

Add the ingredients

Remove the pizza from the oven. Add 50 g of black olives, 100 g of shredded cooked chicken, 150 g of sliced ​​mushrooms and 50 g of sliced ​​pepperoni. Cover with 250 g of grated mozzarella cheese.

Bake the pizza

Bake the pizza for 15 minutes at 180°C, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
