Description

I love preparing these buckwheat galettes! They are a tasty and gluten-free alternative to classic crêpes. The buckwheat flour gives it a rustic flavor that goes perfectly with cooked ham and soft cheese. Perfect for a Sunday brunch or a quick and delicious dinner. Preparation is quick and easy, especially with the help of our trusty Thermomix®. A tip? Garnish with fresh chives for an extra touch of color and flavor! Also ideal for those looking for a protein-rich and gluten-free dish.

Cooking the galette

Melt a knob of butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Remove excess with absorbent paper.

5

Pour the dough

Pour a generous ladle of mixture into the hot pan and cook for about 2 minutes.

6

Addition of the egg

When the galette begins to detach from the edges, add an egg to the center, spreading the egg white for even cooking.

7

Addition of the ham

Add 100 g of cooked ham, placing it around the yolk.

8

Addition of the cheese

Sprinkle with 50 g of grated soft cheese, always without covering the yolk.

9

Folding the edges

Fold the edges inwards to form a square and proceed in the same way for the other galettes.

10

Serve

Serve the galette still hot, garnished with fresh chives.
