Description
These nougat cookies are a quick dessert from the Thermomix®, ideal for Christmas or festive occasions. The main ingredients are shortcrust pastry, pure Lübeck nougat, and real cocoa. Delicious cookies are ready in just 30 minutes. This recipe is perfect as finger food or a sweet treat for the whole family.

Preparation (5 steps)
Prepare shortcrust pastry
Put all the ingredients for the shortcrust pastry into the mixing bowl and process into a dough for 2 min./knead stage.
Roll out the dough and cut out shapes
Remove the dough from the mixing bowl, roll it out on a floured work surface, and cut out any shapes you like.
Baking
Place the cut-out shapes on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 8-10 minutes.
Melt the nougat
Put the Lübeck nougat, in pieces, into the mixing bowl and melt for 3 min./50°C/speed 2.
Fill and decorate
Fill the cooled cookies with the melted nougat and decorate as desired.
