Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 1 Stück Piping bag with serrated nozzle
  • 1 Stück Baking paper
  • 175 g Butter, soft
  • 150 g Powdered sugar
  • 1 Päckchen Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Stück Eggs
  • 4 EL Cocoa powder
  • 275 g Flour
  • 250 g Nut-nougat cream
  • 0.01 wenig Cocoa or chocolate powder for dusting

Preparation (6 steps)

Mix butter, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar

Place 175 g of soft butter, 150 g of powdered sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar in the mixing bowl and mix for 2 min/speed 3.

Add eggs and mix

Add 2 eggs and mix for 1 min/speed 3 until the mixture is light.

Mix cocoa powder and flour

Sift in 4 tbsp cocoa powder and 275 g flour and mix for 30 sec/speed 4.

Fill dough into piping bag and pipe onto baking sheet

Fill the dough into a piping bag with a serrated nozzle. Pipe small mounds onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Baking

Bake in the middle of the oven preheated to 190°C top/bottom heat (fan/convection oven 170°C) for 12-15 minutes. Remove and let cool.

Filling and Dusting

Spread 250 g of nut-nougat cream on the underside of half of the cookies, join with a 2nd cookie, dust with a little cocoa or chocolate powder.
