Description

These walnut cookies from the Thermomix® are a delicious dessert with walnuts, butter and powdered sugar. Preparation in the Thermomix® takes about 45 minutes and yields a portion of cookies. Ideal as finger food for Christmas occasions or simply for in between. The recipe is perfect for anyone who likes to bake and loves nutty flavors.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

1 Stück Egg
100 Gramm Butter
0.5 Teebecher Powdered Sugar
2 EL Starch
1 TL Baking Powder
1 Pckung Vanilla
1 TL Cocoa
1.5 Tassen Flour

Preparation (5 steps)

Mix butter and sugar

Add 100 grams of butter (room temperature) and half a tea cup of powdered sugar to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/speed 4.

Add egg, starch and baking powder

Add 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of starch and 1 teaspoon of baking powder and mix for 20 sec/speed 4.

Add vanilla and cocoa

Add 1 packet of vanilla and 1 teaspoon of cocoa (or more, depending on the desired color) and mix for 10 sec/speed 3.

Add flour and knead into a dough

Add 1.5 cups of flour and knead for 2 min/kneading speed to form a dough.

Shape and bake dough

Form the dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for about 20 minutes.
