Description

This garlic roasted beef fillet is a simple but elegant dish, perfect for a special occasion or a family dinner.   • 500 g Beef fillets
  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • Fine salt
  • Pepper

Preparation (3 steps)

Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 220°C for 10 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 200°C.

Prepare the meat

Place the beef fillets in an oven dish. Add the butter, garlic, salt and pepper on the meat.

Cook the meat in the oven

Bake the dish and cook for 10 minutes for a rare cooking. Adjust the cooking time according to your preference.
