Description
This ant cake from the baking sheet is a simple and delicious cake that is perfect for the afternoon. The cake is quick to prepare and can be decorated with various glazes. It is ideal for coffee parties or as a sweet surprise for friends and family. Preparation takes about 45 minutes and yields approximately 25 servings.

250 g Margarine

5 Stück Eggs

1 Pck. Baking powder

250 g Flour

0.5 Pck. Chocolate sprinkles

2.5 Tasse/n Powdered sugar

1 Tasse Butter, melted

1 Pck. Vanilla sugar

4 TL Coffee cream
Preparation (6 steps)
Prepare dough
Put 150 g sugar, 250 g margarine and 5 eggs into the mixing bowl and mix for 3 min./speed 4.
Add dry ingredients
Add 1 package of baking powder and 250 g flour to the mixing bowl and stir in for 1 min./speed 3.
Fold in chocolate sprinkles
Add 1/2 package of chocolate sprinkles to the mixing bowl and fold in for 20 sec./reverse/speed 2.
Bake dough
Pour the dough onto a baking sheet and bake at 150-180°C for 20 minutes.
Prepare glaze
Put 2.5 cups powdered sugar, 1 cup melted butter, 1 package vanilla sugar and 4 tsp coffee cream in the mixing bowl and mix for 30 sec./speed 3.
Spread glaze
Spread the glaze on the cooled cake.
