  • 500 g Dark Chocolate
  • 100 g Flour
  • 250 g Butter
  • 8 Stück Eggs
  • 300 g Sugar
  • 1 Pck Baking Powder

Preparation (5 steps)

Melt chocolate and butter

Add 500g chocolate in pieces to the mixing bowl and chop for 15 sec/speed 6. Add 250g butter and melt for approx. 5 min/50°C/speed 1. Then transfer and rinse the mixing bowl.

Eggs, sugar and butterfly

Beat the 8 eggs in a bowl, beat with 300g sugar for 3-4 min/Butterfly/speed 3.5. Remove butterfly.

Mix flour and baking powder

Add 100g flour and 1 packet of baking powder and beat well for 2 min/speed 3-5.

Stir in butter-chocolate mixture

Then add the butter-chocolate mixture again and stir well. 1 min/speed 3-4.

Bake the dough

Spread the dough on a baking sheet and bake for 18-25 min at 200°C. Please check again and again, because every oven bakes differently.
