Description
This juicy mandarin cake from the Thermomix® is quick to prepare with flour, margarine, sugar and vanilla pudding. The simple fruit cake is ideal for any season and is easy to bake. In just 60 minutes, a portion of cake is created, with a working time of 30 minutes. Perfect for coffee visits or as a sweet treat for the whole family.

65 g Margarine

120 g Sugar

2 Teel. Baking powder

1 Pck. Vanilla sugar

1 Stück Egg
-
1 Pck. Vanilla pudding

0.25 l Milk
-
3 EL Sugar

400 g Sour cream
-
3 Dosen Mandarins
Preparation (7 steps)
Prepare dough
Add flour, margarine, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar and egg to the mixing bowl and process into a dough for 2 min./kneading stage.
Put dough in springform pan
Put the dough into a springform pan and spread evenly.
Cook vanilla pudding
Add vanilla pudding powder, milk and sugar to the mixing bowl and cook for 7 min./100°C/speed 2.
Stir in sour cream
Add sour cream and stir in for 15 sec./speed 3 reverse.
Spread topping
Spread the mixture on the dough.
Place mandarins
Place 3 cans of mandarins (collect 1/4 l mandarin juice) on the mixture.
Baking
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for approx. 30-40 minutes.
