Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 4 cups sliced fresh peaches
  • 1.25 cups sugar, divided
  • 0.5 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cups butter
  • 1.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk

Preparation (6 steps)

Preheat Oven

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). This step does not involve the Thermomix.

Combine Fruit Mixture

In a bowl, combine 4 cups sliced fresh peaches, ¼ cup sugar, ½ cup fresh raspberries, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Set aside. This step does not involve the Thermomix.

Melt Butter in Baking Dish

Place ½ cup butter in a 9x13-inch glass baking dish in the preheating oven until melted; remove dish from the oven and swirl to coat bottom. This step does not involve the Thermomix.

Combine Dry Ingredients

Combine remaining 1 cup sugar, 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons baking powder, and ½ teaspoon salt in the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 5 Sec./Stufe 3.

Add Milk and Mix

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 3

Add 1 cup milk to the Thermomix bowl and mix for 10 Sec./Stufe 3 until evenly moist.

Assemble and Bake

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Spread the peach mixture evenly over the top. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 45 minutes. This step does not involve the Thermomix.
