  • 4 piece Eggs
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 1 Päck. Vanilla sugar
  • 125 ml Neutral cooking oil
  • 175 ml Fanta
  • 250 g Flour
  • 3 tsp Baking powder, level
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 600 g Strawberries (washed, patted dry, cleaned, cut into small pieces)
  • 600 ml Cream
  • 6 tsp San-apart
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla paste
  • 600 g Sour cream
  • 3 tsp San-apart
  • 50 g Chocolate shavings
  • Strawberries for decoration

Preparation (14 steps)

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 175°C top/bottom heat. Grease a baking sheet with butter.

Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy

Put 4 eggs, 250 g sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar in the mixing bowl and beat until frothy.

Stir in oil

Add 125 ml neutral cooking oil and stir in.

Mix flour, baking powder and salt and stir in

Bake dough

Spread the dough evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven at 175°C top/bottom heat for approx. 20-25 minutes.

Let base cool

Let the baked base cool completely on the baking sheet.

Stir sour cream, sugar and vanilla paste

Put 600 g sour cream, 50 g sugar and 1 tsp vanilla paste with 3 tsp San-apart in the mixing bowl and stir briefly.
