180 g Sugar

1 packet Vanilla sugar

200 g Mascarpone

120 ml Oil (e.g. sunflower oil)

120 ml Milk

250 g Flour

1 packet Baking powder
-
2 tbsp Cocoa powder

2 tbsp cold espresso or strong coffee

Icing sugar or cocoa for dusting
Preparation (7 steps)
Mix eggs and sugar
Add 4 eggs (size M) and 180 g sugar to the mixing bowl and mix for 3 min/speed 4.
Add vanilla sugar and mascarpone
Add 1 packet of vanilla sugar and 200 g of mascarpone and mix for 1 min/speed 3.
Stir in oil and milk
Add 120 ml oil (e.g. sunflower oil) and 120 ml milk and mix for 30 sec/speed 3.
Mix flour and baking powder
Add 250 g flour and 1 packet of baking powder. Insert Patix dough knife and mix for 2 min/kneading stage.
Add cocoa and espresso
Add 2 tbsp cocoa powder and 2-3 tbsp cold espresso or strong coffee and mix for 30 sec/speed 3.
Bake dough
Pour the dough into a ring cake tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for approx. 40 minutes.
Decorate ring cake
After cooling, dust with icing sugar or cocoa.
