  • 3 Stück Eggs (hard-boiled)
  • 2 TL Creamed horseradish
  • 1 TL Mayonnaise or cream cheese
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper
  • Fresh dill or chives

Prepare eggs

Halve the hard-boiled eggs and carefully remove the yolks.

Prepare yolk cream

Place the yolks, creamed horseradish, mayonnaise or cream cheese, salt and pepper in the mixing bowl.

Transfer yolk cream

Use the spatula to scrape the yolk cream down from the edge and mix for another 10 sec/speed 3.

Fill eggs

Fill the egg white halves with the yolk cream.

Garnish

Garnish the stuffed eggs with fresh dill or chives.
