Description

This multicolor jelly with peach cream is a refreshing and fun dessert, perfect for celebrations and hot days. The combination of fruity flavors and the smooth texture of the jelly with the creaminess of condensed milk and the crunchy touch of nuts make this dessert a delight for the palate. Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 3 tazas Boiling water
  • 1 packet Orange jelly (80 gr)
  • 1 packet Lemon jelly
  • 1 packet Strawberry jelly
  • 1 can Evaporated milk (150 gr)
  • 0.5 cup Condensed milk (120 grams)
  • 1 can Peach in syrup (400 gr)
  • 1 piece Lemon (zest)
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare the flavored jellies

Divide the orange, lemon, and strawberry powdered jelly into three separate containers. In the Thermomix, heat 1 cup of water until it boils. Pour the boiling water into each container with jelly and mix with a spoon for 2 minutes until the jelly dissolves completely.

Pour and refrigerate the jellies

Pour each jelly mixture into separate square molds. Let the mixtures reach room temperature and then refrigerate for approximately 60 minutes, or until the jelly sets and hardens.

Prepare the milk and peach cream

Cut the peaches in syrup into small squares. In the Thermomix bowl, place the evaporated milk, condensed milk, diced peaches, and lemon zest. Mix 20 sec/Speed 4 until all ingredients are well integrated. Reserve the cream in the refrigerator.

Cut the jelly into cubes

Once the jelly has set, remove the molds from the refrigerator. Unmold the jelly and cut it into small cubes. Place all the cubes in a large bowl.

Mix the jelly with the cream

Add the milk and peach mixture to the bowl with the cubed jelly. Add the chopped walnuts and mix gently with a spatula to avoid breaking the jelly.

Serve the jelly

Serve the multicolor jelly with peach cream well chilled. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
