Description

Quick and easy gnocchi dish with a creamy tomato sauce, perfect for students or a busy weeknight.

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 EL Olive oil
  • 500 g Gnocchi
  • 2 EL Tomato paste
  • 200 g Cream
  • 50 g Grated parmesan
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper
  • Basil

Preparation (6 steps)

Chop onion

Thermomix® Setting

Add an onion to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5. If necessary, push down with the spatula.

Sauté onion

Add 1 tbsp olive oil to the chopped onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1.

Add tomatoes and simmer

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/212°F/Speed 1 100 Reverse

Add 200 g halved cherry tomatoes and 500 g gnocchi from the refrigerated section to the mixing bowl and simmer for 5 min./100°C/level 1 reverse.

Sauté tomato paste

Thermomix® Setting
1 min/212°F/Speed 1 100 Reverse

Add 2 tbsp tomato paste and sauté briefly for 1 min./100°C/level 1 reverse.

Refine sauce

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/194°F/Speed 1 90 Reverse

Add 200 g cream and 50 g grated parmesan to the mixing bowl and stir in for 3 min./90°C/level 1 reverse.

Season and serve

Season with salt and pepper. Serve the gnocchi pan with fresh basil. No Thermomix settings are required.
