Description

I love this recipe for pasta with jam and fresh fruits! It's an original and delicious way to revisit a simple dish. Fresh pasta, coated in a creamy sauce with jam and seasonal fruits, is a real delight. The touch of fresh mint brings a note of freshness that perfectly balances the sweetness. Ideal for a Sunday brunch or a quick and easy dessert to prepare. You can vary the fruits and jam according to your desires and the seasons. A comforting and flavorful dish!

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 110 grammes icing sugar
  • to taste mint leaves
  • to taste margarine butter
  • 100 grammes fresh fruits
  • 150 gr jam
  • 1 pack fresh pasta

Fill the Thermomix bowl with water. Heat the water to 90°C for 10 minutes at speed 1.

Add the packet of fresh pasta to the bowl and cook according to the instructions on the package, usually about 3-5 minutes at 90°C, speed 1, in reverse rotation.

Preparation of the fruits

Meanwhile, cut the 100 grams of fresh fruits into small pieces. Place them in a pan with a little water and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.

Addition of jam and butter

Add the 150 grams of jam of your choice, the 110 grams of icing sugar and the margarine butter to the Thermomix. Mix for 4 minutes at 50°C, speed 2.

Final mixture

Drain the pasta and pour it into a container. Add the mixture of fruits and jam. Mix gently.

Plating

Arrange the rolled pasta in 5 plates. Coat with the remaining coulis and decorate with a few fresh mint leaves.
