Description

This crispy nut-fruit granola is an absolute breakfast favorite! I love how easy it is to prepare and how versatile it can be combined. The dried apricots provide a pleasant sweetness, while almonds, coconut chips and pistachios provide the necessary crunch. The flax seeds are not only healthy, but also give the granola a great texture. Perfect with yogurt and fresh fruit - a healthy and delicious start to the day! Also ideal as a topping for smoothies or simply pure as a snack.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 50 g dried apricots
  • 100 g blanched almonds
  • 50 g coconut chips
  • 25 g brown flax seeds
  • 25 g golden flax seeds
  • 50 g shelled pistachios
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare apricots

Cut 50 g of dried apricots into small cubes.

Mix ingredients

Thermomix® Setting
5 sec/Speed 4

Put 100 g blanched almonds, 50 g coconut chips, 25 g brown flax seeds, 25 g golden flax seeds and 50 g shelled pistachios into the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 4.

Add apricots and Maple syrup

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Linkslauf/Speed 2 Reverse

Add the diced apricots from step 1 and 1 tbsp Maple syrup to the remaining ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./Reverse/speed 2.

Bake granola

Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for approx. 15 minutes until crispy.

Let cool

Let the baked granola cool slightly before serving.
