Description
This creamy potato spinach casserole with fish, prepared in the Thermomix®, is a hearty main course with potatoes, creamed spinach and fish fingers. Refined with cream and cheese, it yields 4 servings. The preparation time is approximately 45 minutes, of which 20 minutes are active working time. Ideal as a family meal or for lovers of hearty cuisine.

1000 g Potatoes

400 g Creamed spinach (frozen)

200 g Cream for cooking

10 Stück Fish fingers (frozen)

100 g Grated cheese (e.g. Gouda)

Preparation (5 steps)
Cook potatoes
Peel 1000g potatoes, place in the steamer basket and fill 1200ml water into the mixing bowl. Cook for 20 min./Varoma/speed 1.
Mash potatoes
Empty the water from the mixing bowl. Put cooked potatoes in the mixing bowl and mash for 1 min./speed 4. Season with salt and pepper.
Prepare casserole
Pour the mashed potatoes into a casserole dish. Spread 400g frozen creamed spinach over it. Pour 200g cream over it and season everything with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with 100g grated cheese.
Prepare and place fish fingers
Cut 10 frozen fish fingers into bite-sized pieces and spread over the casserole.
Bake casserole
Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 220°C top and bottom heat for 20 minutes.
