  • 200 ml Cream
  • 2 Stück Eggs
  • 100 g Grated Cheese
  • 1 Prise Nutmeg

Clean the zucchini, eggplant, and cabbage and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Pour the vegetable mixture into a casserole dish.

Prepare the sauce

Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
