Description

A simple and quick zucchini mozzarella casserole, perfect for a summer dinner.

Ingredients (13 ingredients)

  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 2 EL Oil
  • 2 Zehen Garlic
  • 500 g Zucchini
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 100 g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 0.5 TL Pepper
  • 1 TL Oregano
  • 1 TL Basil
  • 250 g Ground beef
  • 125 g Mozzarella

Chop onions

Put onion into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5. Scrape down with the spatula.

Add oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1.

Chop garlic

Add garlic and chop for 3 sec./level 7.

Chop zucchini

Add zucchini and chop for 3 sec./level 4.

Mix ingredients

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/212°F/Speed 2 212°F

Add vegetable broth, cream, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, oregano and basil and stir for 5 min./100°C/level 2. Leave the measuring cup on.

Brown meat

Brown meat in a separate pan.

Prepare casserole

Put the zucchini mixture in a casserole dish, spread the fried ground meat and mozzarella on top.

Bake casserole

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C top/bottom heat for about 20 minutes.
